Our investment banking analyst program provides high-performing recent college graduates broad industry and transaction exposure, as well as the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers who take an active interest in their development. Small deal teams and our focus on high-growth companies give our analysts front-line experience in one of the most dynamic aspects of the global economy. Our analysts have the opportunity to work on the entire range of investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, public and private securities offerings, and restructuring and special situations. Learn more about our Analyst Program (PDF)

Our investment banking analyst program provides recent college graduates an opportunity to launch their careers in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Each analyst participates in a generalist program during the first year and then joins one of our industry or product groups. After two years, strong performers are offered an opportunity to be a third-year analyst and potentially transition to the associate role. William Blair is a meritocracy; opportunities are provided to those who are deserving.

All spots for the 2013 Investment Banking Analyst Program have been filled.

We offer a 10-week summer analyst program, typically for college students who have completed their junior year.

Summer analysts at William Blair are critical supporting members of transaction teams and work closely with full-time analysts, associates, and senior bankers on transactions and business development initiatives. Strong-performing summer analysts are offered full-time positions commencing the following summer.
