I work for the MIS department as a Senior Applications Analyst and I support the Back Office applications for Investment Management department.

What is your educational and work background prior to William Blair?

I graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in computer science in De La Salle University in the Philippines and have a Masters degree in project management with specialization in information systems from Keller Graduate School of Management. I worked for Spherion Consulting Company prior to joining William Blair.

What do you like most about working at William Blair?

I love working at William Blair because the employees are valued as much as our clients and it is family-oriented. The culture and environment makes it easy to develop long-lasting friendship with people I consider true professionals. In addition, I like the fact that William Blair is involved in community service as well.

Describe a "typical" day.

My team supports the overnight batch process for the Eagle and Intellimatch applications. My typical day involves working with the different teams in the IM Operations Group on different projects related to these two applications. We also support the business users with their intraday requests.
