William Blair & Company’s not-for-profit clients include colleges and universities; independent schools; museums; theaters; health care providers; student, low-income, and senior housing providers; and charitable and religious organizations.

We work with these clients to develop innovative financing solutions to fund acquisition, expansion, and renovation projects, and to refinance existing debt. Because we are not affiliated with a provider of credit enhancement or interest rate swaps, we are able to provide independent advice to our clients concerning the pricing and other terms of credit enhancement and interest rate swap transactions. We regularly solicit and negotiate letters of credit support for variable-rate bond issues. We also provide Swap Advisory Services to our nonprofit clients.
