View our complete news listing.William Blair & Company Named One of the Best Places to Work by Crain'sApril 11, 2008 - William Blair & Company has been named one of the best companies to work for in the Chicago area by Crain's Chicago Business.The firm placed No. 7 in Crain's ranking of the Top 20 "Best Places to Work in Chicago," which is published in the magazine's March 3 issue. The rankings are based on quantitative data about benefits and qualitative information provided by employees about workplace practices and environment. The surveys were created by human resources consulting firm Valtera Corp. to measure the degree to which employees feel involved and committed to their work.
