11% Senior Notes Due 2016


November 10, 2009 - William Blair & Company served as a Co-Manager on MDC Partners’ recent public offering of $225 million in aggregate principal amount of its 11% Senior Notes due 2016. The Notes were rated "B2/B+" and the net proceeds were used by the Company to repay the outstanding balance under its senior secured credit facility maturing on June 17, 2012, redeem its outstanding 8% convertible debentures due June 2010, and for general corporate
purposes.

MDC Partners is a leading provider of marketing communications services to customers worldwide and includes premiere agencies such as Crispin Porter & Bogusky; Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal & Partners; Accent Marketing Services; and Allard Johnson Communications.
