Logistics Health Recapitalized by Gundersen Lutheran

March 12, 2010 - William Blair & Company announces the success of its client, Logistics Health, Inc., in connection with its recapitalization by Gundersen Lutheran. William Blair & Company served as financial advisor to Logistics Health for the transaction, the terms of which are not disclosed.
