Employer-subsidized employee insurance that begins one month after joining the firm. Medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois that includes an HMO and two PPO plans; a prescription drug plan through Express Scripts; dental insurance through Aetna that includes a DMO and a PPO; a vision plan through EyeMed Vision Care; Life and AD&D Insurance through MetLife; and short-term and long-term disability through MetLife.

401(k)/Profit Sharing:
Including a 401K plan in which you may elect to defer up to 75% of your salary (or $15,500; $20,000 for employees over age 50).  The plan accepts rollovers from another employer's qualified plan.  In addition, each plan year the Firm generally makes profit sharing contributions for eligible employees.

Paid Time Off:
Prorated for the year of hire. Three weeks during first full calendar year through 9th year. Four weeks during and after tenth year. You'll also receive five personal/sick days and nine paid holidays per year (varies based on NYSE schedule).
