Equity Research is at the core of the William Blair & Company business model, and acts as the laboratory for new investment ideas. The firm‘s analyst teams, consisting of a research analyst and a research associate, work together to develop a thorough understanding of the industry sector and the companies within that sector through independent, fundamental research.

The department‘s goal is to generate superior investment ideas and value-added insights through independent, in depth research of emerging, of high quality growth companies. Through our ideas, our analysis and our service, we strive to contribute over the longer term to our clients’ achievement of superior investment returns.

We recruit first year MBA candidates for summer intern positions in early January through mid February. We are no longer accepting applications for our 2006 summer opportunities.
