About Philip
Philip Rauch is a senior director with William Blair’s Private Wealth Management group. He works primarily with high-net-worth private clients and their families, business owners, entrepreneurs, and family offices and assists them in determining their investment objectives, financial needs, and appropriate asset allocation. To implement an individual plan, Philip constructs and manages a portfolio of individual securities and uses William Blair’s proprietary research and open-architecture platform for selected money managers and mutual funds where appropriate. In addition, he has extensive experience in providing multi-generational estate and legacy planning strategies to clients with highly complex situations. Before joining William Blair, Philip was a partner with Brown Advisory Securities, LLC and a senior vice president at Morgan Stanley.
Philip is a member of the Board of Trustees, Wesleyan University; a director of the Rauch Foundation; a member, President’s Advisory Council, Chesapeake Bay Foundation; and a board member, Baltimore Center Stage.
He received a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
