William Blair Advises MEGTEC

William Blair acted as financial advisor to MEGTEC Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners and Stephens Capital Partners, in conjunction with its sale to The Babcock & Wilcox Company (B&W) for $155 million. The transaction closed on June 20, 2014.
