Jacqui Robertson is global head of talent, diversity, and inclusion at William Blair. Throughout her 25-year international career, primarily in financial services, Robertson has held senior roles at ING, Aetna Financial Services, Cigna, and Grainger, and is now with William Blair—impacting business performance through people and increasing diversity and inclusion across each organization. Having lived and worked in the Netherlands during her time with ING, Robertson brings a truly global perspective to her thinking about diversity and inclusion, and she is regularly asked to be a keynote speaker in Europe and the United States. Robertson has served on boards for a number of organizations, such as the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4CP) and the Executives’ Club of Chicago’s Chief Diversity Officer Board, and has supported the development of global black leaders through the Executive Leadership Council. Her latest board role involves supporting the award-winning diverse orchestra Chicago Sinfonietta.

A University of Chicago alum, Robertson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was recognized as one of the most powerful and influential women (2006-2007) by Women Looking Ahead magazine.
