William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to MDSL, a portfolio company of Sumeru Equity Partners (SEP), in connection with its pending sale to Oak Hill Capital Partners and planned merger with Calero Software. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval with an anticipated close date late Q4 2019 or early Q1 2020.
