Diversity LeadershipAt William Blair, we actively support and work in partnership with leading diverse professional organizations to foster greater inclusion in the financial sector. We also work with internal Business Resource Groups to actively involve our LGBTQ+, veterans', and women's groups, and support a Global Inclusion Council that puts diversity and inclusion at the heart of our firm.

The Robert Toigo Foundation is an inspirational not-for-profit organization that supports minority students through MBA programs, talent access partnerships, as well as corporate engagement and industry initiatives. Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT)
Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a nonprofit organization that has transformed the careers and life trajectories of more than 5,000 black, Hispanic, and Native American women and men—from college students to seasoned executives. MLT provides training, coaching, and networks that were traditionally unavailable to minorities. Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) is a not-for-profit organization committed to educating, inspiring, and connecting student and alumni LGBTQ MBA and graduate communities to create the next generation of business leaders. The National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC) is the trade association for diverse owned investment management firms.
