NetDocument has agreed to be acquired by Clearlake Capital


William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to NetDocuments, a portfolio company of Frontier Capital, in connection with its pending sale to affiliates of Clearlake Capital Group. The transaction was signed on March 1, 2017, and will close upon regulatory approval. William Blair has successfully advised on 17 software M&A transactions with a cumulative value of over $7 billion in the last 12 months.
