William Blair’s investment banking internship program for analysts and associates is ranked No. 3 in the 2018 Vault “Best Investment Banking Internships” list. This marks the third consecutive year that William Blair’s internship program was ranked among the investment banking industry’s top five by the Vault survey.
For the survey, Vault asked more than 12,000 current and former interns from more than 110 companies to evaluate their experiences based on five criteria: quality of life, compensation and benefits, interview process, career development, and full-time employment prospects. In addition to being ranked third among investment banking firms, William Blair’s internship program was also ranked No. 25 across all industries.

Earlier this year, Vault released its annual rankings of the top companies to work for in the investment banking industry. William Blair earned top-10 rankings in 23 individual categories, the second-most among all firms included in the survey.
