Erika joined William Blair in 2019. She works with the Feichter Group to provide customized wealth management strategies for rising executives, female investors, entrepreneurs, and their families built on research-driven investment insight and an unwavering focus on clients’ diverse and ever-evolving needs. Erika invests time understanding her clients’ journey, their goals, and how to help them achieve those goals. Using seven pillars of comprehensive wealth management—risk management, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow planning, philanthropy, value-added services, and strategic asset allocation—she tailors planning strategies to efficiently grow and safeguard wealth.
In addition, Erika is spearheading the Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) effort for the Feichter Group. She works together with clients to seek competitive financial returns from investment vehicles that positively contribute to advancements in social, environmental, and governance practices.
Erika earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her undergraduate B.A.S. with double majors in psychology and Germanic languages and literatures from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining the financial industry, Erika spent the early years of her career as a trial attorney and criminal justice advocate, advising and advocating for equitable resolutions for the disenfranchised indigent of Chicago through community empowerment and justice reform. She is an arts enthusiast and is involved with several charitable organizations. Erika is a president emeritus and member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s Overture Council and a member of its Women’s Board and Latino Alliance Board. She also serves as a board member of Women Gathering for Justice, a Chicago-based women’s collective whose mission is to fight for racial, economic, and social justice.
