The Wall Street Journal "Best on the Street" in Business Services, 2012 2
1StarMine, a Thomson Reuters company, objectively measures the performance of analysts based on the returns of their buy/sell recommendations and the accuracy of their earnings estimates. The 2015 awards are based on quarterly periods reported between April 1, 2014, and March 31, 2015; only analyst performance on companies that are based in the United States is included in the award calculations. Prior years follow the same methodology.
2The results of the “Best on the Street” survey were published in the May 10 issue of The Wall Street Journal. The survey recognized the top three analysts in 44 industry sectors, based on their performance during 2011. Analysts’ skill in picking stocks was measured using recommendation-performance scores calculated by FactSet Research Systems on the basis of the estimated total return, including price change and dividends of each eligible stock an analyst covered in an industry.
