Mark Brady joined William Blair in 1991 and was named partner in 1996. Mr. Brady has successfully completed over 150 acquisition and financing transactions with companies domiciled in over 20 different countries. His most recent transactions include the $3.0 billion spinoff of Collier’s from FirstService, the $1.1 billion sale of Datatec's North American and LatAm operations to SYNNEX Corporation, and the $975 million sale of Boulder Brands to Pinnacle Foods. In 2016, William Blair completed more than 90 sell side transactions aggregating over $28 billion. Mr. Brady is also the Chairman of William Blair’s Fairness Opinion Committee.
