About C.J.
C.J. Jaskoll is chief technology officer of William Blair & Company, where he is responsible for the firm's technology strategy. He focuses on advancing William Blair's data and artificial intelligence capabilities, enabling the firm's businesses to leverage their collective intellectual capital more effectively, and strengthening the alignment between technology and the firm's strategic priorities.
C.J. brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience in the investment industry. Before joining William Blair in 2026, he spent two years at Russell Investments, where he served as chief technology officer and a member of the firm's operating committee. At Russell, he led a broad transformation of technology across the firm's asset and wealth management businesses. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Neuberger Berman as head of investment, data, and AI technology. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years at Jennison Associates, ultimately serving as director of front-office technology.
C.J. is based in New York. He earned a B.S., magna cum laude, from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
