Laura-Min Proctor advises clients on traditional investments, trust and estate planning, lending, and philanthropic interests. She also advises interested clients on impact investing in taxable and tax-exempt entities across all asset classes. Over the last decade she has had the privilege to advise close to $2BN of assets invested with impact. Within William Blair, she co-leads a cross-functional working group to advance the firm's impact initiatives. She is also a member of the Community Impact Steering Committee, which advises on William Blair’s grant making. Prior to joining William Blair in 2016, she spent eight years with J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an investment specialist and advisor. Laura-Min helped start Center for Independent Futures, a not-for-profit organization that supports individuals with disabilities, and serves on the investment committees of the Evanston Community Foundation and Youth and Opportunity United (Y.O.U.).
Laura-Min lives in Evanston with her husband and two children.
