About Mitchell
Mitchell Whiteman, managing director, is a wealth advisor with William Blair’s Baltimore Private Wealth Management team. He works with individuals and their families, including entrepreneurs, venture capital and private equity clients, pursuant to their investment and planning needs. Before joining William Blair, Mitchell was a partner with Brown Advisory, a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley in Baltimore, and an analyst in the corporate and investment banking group at Banc of America Securities in New York. Earlier in his career, Mitchell was a financial journalist.
Mitchell’s current and past community involvement includes: KIPP Baltimore; Gilman School; The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore; MarylandCAN; and Washington University in St. Louis.
He received his B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
