Steve Lichtman, who joined William Blair in November 2025, is an analyst in the healthcare group, focusing on ophthalmology, diabetes, and orthopedics. Before joining William Blair, Steve spent 15 years at Oppenheimer. His career also includes stints at JMP Securities, Bank of America, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Schroder & Company. Steve received a B.A. in economics and public policy studies from Duke University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
