About Cooper
Cooper Warner is a director for William Blair’s Corporate Advisory group. Cooper has more than 10 years of experience advising public and private company clients across a variety of sectors on matters involving M&A, activism defense and stakeholder engagement, business separations, corporate strategy, capital structure, and capital allocation. Prior to joining William Blair, Cooper worked at several investment banks in both Chicago and New York, including Rothschild & Co and Lazard Frères.
Cooper earned his Bachelor of Science in economics with a concentration in finance from Duke University.
