About Tom
Tom Ross, partner, is head of European distribution at William Blair Investment Management. He is also a director of William Blair International Ltd., and chairman of William Blair SICAV Funds and William Blair B.V. Tom is responsible for business development and client relationship management in Europe. Before joining the firm in 2007, he spent seven years as a managing director at bfinance International, developing, internationalizing, and leading the firm's investment management consulting services. Previously, Tom was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising companies in the financial, consumer, and energy sectors on strategy, organizational change, and mergers and acquisitions. He received a B.A. from the University of Manchester and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
