About Xiaowei
Xiaowei Hargrove is the lead strategy analyst at William Blair Investment Management. She focuses on overall business strategy and growth initiatives for the division. Formerly, Xiaowei was a research associate on the firm’s sell-side research group, primarily covering the financial technology and asset management sectors.
Before joining the firm in 2010, she was at McGladrey Capital Markets, focusing on middle market M&A. Previously, Xiaowei was at JPMorgan Chase & Company (and its Chicago predecessor, Bank One), holding roles in equity capital markets and corporate finance.
She received a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
