About Jaron
Jaron Grounds is a wealth advisor with the Impact Wealth Advisors team at William Blair. He partners with entrepreneurs, executives, and families to develop and implement customized wealth management strategies, with a focus on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and long-term financial planning. Jaron works closely with clients to align their investment objectives with broader goals across retirement, estate, and legacy planning.
Jaron joined the firm in 2018. He earned his M.B.A. from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and his B.B.A. in finance from Kennesaw State University.
Jaron is originally from South Africa and currently resides in Atlanta with his wife. His interests include travel, live music, and Formula 1.
