About Kevin
Kevin Monaco is the Western Division, Managing Director for William Blair’s Private Wealth Management business, where he leads advisor recruitment, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives across the region. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening advisor platforms, and driving sustainable, client-focused growth.
Kevin began his career as an advisor, building his own practice, which continues to define his practical, advisor-focused leadership style. He has held senior leadership roles across national wealth management firms, leading regional expansion, developing top talent, and supporting both employee and independent advisor models.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Kevin earned his start in financial services in 1993. He is a longtime supporter of the Michael Hoefflin Foundation, a nonprofit serving Los Angeles families with children facing pediatric cancer. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife of over 30 years and is the proud father of two adult daughters.
