About Luke
Luke McFadden is a wealth advisor associate with the 150 North Wealth Advisors Team at William Blair, where he supports investment research, portfolio management, and financial planning for clients and families. Before joining the team in 2026, Luke spent over four years as a research associate in William Blair's institutional equity research group, specializing in fundamental analysis of commercial, residential, and environmental services companies. He joined the firm in 2019 as an institutional equity sales associate, covering New York-based buyside clients.
Luke holds a B.A. in economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a double minor in entrepreneurship, and management and psychology. He competed as a student-athlete on the Johns Hopkins football team. Outside of work, Luke enjoys playing sports and outdoor activities, including scuba diving, surfing, skiing, hiking, and camping. He also volunteers weekly as a reading tutor with Reading Partners, a nonprofit supporting literacy for underserved students.
