Michael is a client relationship associate with The Jefferis Abdo Group at William Blair with a strong background in service, sales, and relationship management. Michael is known for his clear communication style, attention to detail, and ability to build trust with clients through genuine care and reliability.

Across every role, Michael’s mission has remained consistent: to provide outstanding service grounded in strong communication, confidentiality, and integrity. He takes pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and approachable, ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Before stepping into his current role, Michael spent the past 15 years operating two family businesses: Jim Becker & Sons Sod and Irrigation, where he served as both foreman and lead sales, and Sound Check Studios, as a producer/engineer and lead sales professional. Within both roles he managed operations while cultivating long-term client relationships, blending technical expertise with client-focused solutions in fast-paced, creative environments.

Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida and brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by hands-on experience across multiple industries. As a Southwest Florida Native, Michael enjoys fishing, golfing, and being outdoors with friends and family.
