About Rachel
Rachel Dorman is a lead consultant in William Blair’s Consulting Services group. Her primary responsibility is collaborating with teams to develop, service, and maintain client relationships within the retirement space. She coordinates with advisors and plan sponsors to navigate the fiduciary landscape by delivering customized retirement plan solutions to help meet an organization’s unique objectives.
Rachel has been with William Blair since 2007 and previously worked as a manager in the Private Wealth Management Middle Office. Prior to joining William Blair, Rachel held client service roles at LaSalle Financial Services and Deutsche Asset Management.
