About Bob
Bob Durkin is a wealth advisor with the Devins Private Wealth Management Team at William Blair, a role he assumed in June 2023. His association with William Blair dates to 2005. He brings a wealth of experience to the team and his clients, having recently held the position of head of Institutional Equity Trading. With more than 30 years in the investment sector, Bob has worked on both the buy side and sell side in multiple trading and analytical responsibilities. Notably, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2001. Bob earned his A.B. in economics from Harvard College in 1991.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he actively engages in fundraising and mentorship at the Kinaffe School in Swinford, Mayo, Ireland. His involvement extends to supporting a diverse student body, including refugees from around the world, aged 4-12.
Currently residing in Greenland, NH, Bob shares his home with his wife, daughter, and four sons.
