David Dreifuss joined the Elkins team in 2008 and assists in all areas of portfolio
management and client service. David’s fascination with the markets is genetic.
His great-grandfather and grandfather were stockbrokers at Bear Stearns, and
his father was a member of the CBOE for more than 25 years.
David graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a B.S. in
economics and a certificate in business. He grew up in Highland Park and
now lives in Mettawa with his wife, Juli, daughter, Lanie, and son, Benny. David interviews
for the Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund and was a founding board member
of the Economic Student Association Advisory Council for the University
of Wisconsin–Madison. When not spending time with his family, David
loves to golf.
