William Blair was named a 2022 Top Workplace USA by Energage, a human resources tech company, in its annual company list released on February 1.
This is the second year for Top Workplaces USA, built on the program’s 15-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across the country for the regional Top Workplaces awards. The listing was based on employee surveys, assessing everything from work-life balance to confidence in the company leadership.
William Blair was recognized a top workplace among U.S. companies with 1,000 to 2,499 employees for the second year in a row. William Blair also has been honored as a top workplace for 12 consecutive years in Energage’s regional awards program sponsored by the Chicago Tribune.
