William Blair is proud to share that we’ve earned a top score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), recognizing our ongoing commitment to fairness, respect, and equal opportunity in the workplace. This marks the fifth consecutive year we’ve received this distinction for supporting our LGBTQ+-colleague community.

This achievement reflects how our policies, benefits, and employment practices align with leading standards for workplace equality. The continued recognition is a result of sustained, thoughtful effort across global offices, teams, and a shared commitment to inclusivity for our colleagues.

The CEI provides a research-based evaluation of workplace formal policies and practices. While a perfect score is worth celebrating, it’s not a finish line.

“Being recognized for the fifth consecutive year is a distinguished honor and a testament to the commitment our colleagues demonstrate each day,” said Toya Garcia‑Bradow, co-chair of William Blair’s Pride Alliance. “This recognition reflects the firm’s continued dedication to fostering a workplace where individuals feel respected, supported, and empowered to contribute meaningfully and strengthen both our culture and the impact we deliver to our clients and communities.”

William Blair recognizes that true inclusion requires continuous dedication to improvement and accountability. While our CEI score reinforces our core value of inclusivity, it’s everyday actions, such as how we listen, support one another, and continue to learn, that truly bring that value to life.
