Our team employs a team-first mindset in which all of our ideas are being driven by our analysts, bottom-up. We wrap that together with a collaborative debate in which we believe that the best investment results really come when an investment thesis has been rigorously debated by the collective and diverse experience of our team. Our analysts have a tremendous amount of domain expertise. Many of them have worked in their respective sectors before joining the buy side for decades. That provides us with a tremendous amount of institutional knowledge into the names that are in our investable universe, and that really allows us to move quickly with conviction when market dislocations present themselves.
