Digitization is still alive and well in Japan. Things are progressing slowly, but there is an impetus because of the aging population and all the dynamics there that they need to digitalize and come into the 21st century in order to meet some of those efficiency gains they need given the population dynamic. So, we’re seeing it happen. Slowly, behaviors are changing. But that's just going to be a long-term positive opportunity for us: to find those small-cap companies that are changing their stripes, changing the way things are done and looking to be more digital.
