So as I think about the history and the heritage of William Blair, focused on high-quality, growth-oriented companies, and I think about what we do here in Baltimore on the value team, in many ways it’s similar. We’re looking for growth-oriented companies that have the ability to grow earnings and free cash flow. We just don’t like to pay for that. And so, in many ways we’re looking at similar companies, similar industries. And the infrastructure that’s been built in Chicago provides so much value. Summit, which is a platform to post research and share ideas, has been a great value add. And it’s an exciting partnership that allows us to really just accelerate what we’ve already been doing and accentuate what we’ve been doing here for our customers.
