B Capital, now CompanyCam's largest external investor, and Decades Holdings join current investors Insight Partners, JMI Equity, Blueprint Equity, Nelnet, Invest Nebraska, and WndrCo. The transaction closed in August 2025 and represents a continuation of William Blair’s leadership in late-stage capital raises and across the technology ecosystem.
