Quinn Kolberg Outlines “CV Squared” Trend in Mergermarket

Quinn Kolberg, managing director on the William Blair Private Capital Advisory team, discussed the investing trend known as “CV Squared”—continuation vehicles implemented on top of an existing continuation vehicle—with Mergermarket.

“There have been record fundraises among the largest and most active investors in secondaries, who have continued to amass larger and larger war chests,” Kolberg told the publication.
