William Blair managing director and Head of Capital Markets Steve Maletzky was quoted in Mergermarket on the topic of the current IPO market for domestic healthcare companies.
“Most of the healthcare IPO market is concentrated in biotech and life sciences, which are less about providing shareholder liquidity and more about raising primary proceeds for growth,” Maletzky said.
