William Blair acted as exclusive financial advisor to Orgvue, a portfolio company of One Peak Partners (One Peak) and Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, in connection with its sale of a majority stake to Main Capital Partners (Main). The transaction closed in August 2026. The transaction marks Main's first platform investment in the UK.
