William Blair syndicate managing director Dan Polsky was quoted in Mergermarket, highlighting the state of the IPO market as 2025 came to a close and the near- and longer-term factors that will impact IPOs in 2026.
“Last year really emphasized how important it is to act when the window is open, because conditions can change quickly,” Polsky said.
