Daniel Polsky, managing director in William Blair’s Equity Capital Markets group, provided his thoughts on the first half of the year and outlook for the second half of 2025’s IPO market for Mergermarket.
“There’s real buy-side receptivity, and that’s translating into strong outcomes and fueling a positive feedback loop. More companies are gaining confidence and stepping forward to file,” Polsky told the publication.
