William Blair research analyst Stephen Sheldon was quoted in industry publication Real Estate News following real estate brokerage house eXp’s acquisition of NextHome.
“In an increasingly competitive market, getting the value proposition right will be critical to sustaining retention and restarting agent growth,” Sheldon wrote in a note to investors that was cited by the publication.
