William Blair earned the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award from Energage, a human resources tech company, during an awards ceremony held virtually on January 27.
This is the inaugural year for Top Workplaces USA, built on the program’s 14-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across the country for the regional Top Workplaces awards. The listing was based on employee surveys, assessing everything from work-life balance to confidence in the company leadership.
William Blair was recognized a top workplace among U.S. companies with 1,000 to 2,499 employees. William Blair has been honored as a top workplace for 11 consecutive years in Energage’s regional awards program sponsored by the Chicago Tribune.
