William Blair macro analyst Richard de Chazal was quoted on the Iranian conflict’s impact on oil and associated energy prices in U.S. News & World Report.
“The latest war with Iran has already resulted in a 12% price rise (in oil), though it comes at a time when oil markets are well supplied, and crucially for the U.S., it is now a net exporter of energy, which should help dramatically reduce the adverse impact on energy markets,” de Chazal wrote in a note to investors that was cited by the publication.
