Cove Hill Partners joins existing minority investor JMI Equity (JMI) in supporting Vantaca’s vision and next phase of growth, with the founding management team continuing to lead the company’s strategy and operations. The transaction represents William Blair’s 7th minority capital raise across vertical software with embedded fintech over the past 18 months.
