William Blair Celebrates 2026 New York City Top Workplace Recognition
On June 29, amNY, a daily publication in New York, recognized William Blair as a New York City Top Workplace. Based on feedback from last year's employee engagement survey, which evaluated various aspects of our culture, workplace, and engagement, our firm has been distinguished among large-sized companies (those with over 500 employees). The employee survey was conducted by Energage, an independent research firm that surveys organizations nationwide on workplace culture, including engagement, leadership, and employee satisfaction.
William Blair has earned Top Workplace honors in key regional markets for many years since 2010, including Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. These regional awards are based on direct employee feedback and highlight the firm’s ability to foster a strong, engaging workplace experience across multiple offices and geographies.

Based on feedback from last year's Energage survey, our firm was recognized among companies with over 500 employees.
