William Blair has once again been named one of Massachusetts’ Most Charitable Companies by the Boston Business Journal, marking the sixth consecutive year the firm has received its Corporate Citizenship Award.

The annual recognition celebrates companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting their communities.

The honor reflects the many ways William Blair colleagues dedicate their time, talents, and resources to creating meaningful change. In Boston and across the firm, colleagues work alongside nonprofit organizations to expand opportunity and help communities thrive.

“This recognition reflects the commitment of our colleagues to strengthening the communities where we live and work,” said C.J. Young, a managing director with William Blair’s Boston wealth management team.

“Across our Boston office and throughout William Blair, community engagement is woven into our culture, and we are proud to support organizations that create lasting opportunities for others.”

The recognition builds on William Blair’s longstanding culture of community engagement and the firm’s commitment to empowering colleagues to support causes that are meaningful to them. It also reflects the firm's broader commitment to helping communities thrive through its Nonprofit Practice, which equips nonprofit leaders and boards with financial knowledge, strategic connections, and educational resources that support long-term organizational sustainability and mission success.

William Blair was recognized alongside this year’s honorees at the Boston Business Journal’s Corporate Citizenship Awards celebration on September 10 in Boston.
