William Blair research analyst Sharon Zackfia was quoted in hospitality sector publication Restaurant Dive, where she outlined how Oregon-based coffee chain Dutch Bros. “doubled its brand awareness in 18 months.”

“Dutch Rewards accounted for 74% of transactions, up 180 basis points year-over-year, while mobile ordering rose about 100 basis points sequentially to about 15% of transactions. Better segmentation capabilities led to meaningful improvement in in-app offer effectiveness and customer engagement, while momentum continued among Gen Z and millennials,” Zackfia wrote in a note to investors that was cited by the publication.
